Maria began studying German her freshman year of college, and fell in love with the language and culture after her first introductory course. She has had an interest in the preservation and documentation of endangered languages since an early age and when she learned about the TGDP, she was eager to join. She is currently a Content Writer Intern at Affirma Consulting.
