Ekaterina’s primary research interests are semantics and its interface with pragmatics and syntax. Her doctoral research concerned external possessives in German. Specifically, Katja is interested in the composition of their meaning, the meaning of their parts, and the encoding of possessive relationships.
As of 2024, Katja is working as a Postdoc at the University of Vienna.
