While at UT, Erin was a DJ on “Es klingt wie Deutsch,” the university’s weekly German radio program on KVRX. After graduating from UT, Erin went to law school, then entered a German PhD program but joined foreign service before finishing. She now works for the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) in the Agricultural Trade Office at the US Embassy in Beijing, China.
