BA in Linguistics and German (UT Austin)
Abigail studied German with her father from the age of 15, having gained an interest in German while growing up near New Braunfels, Boerne, Seguin, and other surrounding areas with German heritage. She interned at the Living Tongues Institute for Endangered Languages in 2021, using the same tools I learned to use with the TGDP (Audacity and ELAN) to assist with their Sora language project. She currently works for a German educational company called StudySmarter as a content creator and is pursuing an MA in Linguistics at UNC Chapel Hill (class of 2024).
